Responsibilities: 

  

l   Establishbuying team for EC Collection

  

l   Responsiblefor the production of EC Collection. This includes negotiating purchase prices,quality and deliveries with our suppliers

  

l   Furtherdevelopment of our existing supplier base to meet collection requirements

  

l   Ensurethat orders are placed with the right suppliers, based on your understanding oftheir strengths and weaknesses

  

l   Ensurecontinuous monitoring and evaluation of existing suppliers. Prepare for valuation for our suppliers regularly

  

l   Planprocess for express collection manufacturing

  

l   Planprocess for quick repeat production

  

l   Discusssales achievements with team on a regular basis

  

l   Follow upon sales data and inventory reports

  

l   Contributewith ideas for improvements/opportunities in the market, in terms of pricepoints/qualities/category mix

  

l   Workclosely with BS Hong Kong and Shanghai office

  

 

  

Qualifications: 

  

l   You haveat least 5 years of relevant work experience with buying/merchandising from thefashion industry.Preferably, you have worked fora lady’s wear brand, highstreet level

  

l   You havemanagerial experience

  

l   You areexperienced in working with Far East garment suppliers

  

l   You canidentify new trends and implement these in your work

  

l   You havestrong negotiation skills

  

l   You arenot afraid of a ‘hands-on’ approach

  

l   You havegood English skills, both spoken and written

  

l   You arewilling to live in Beijing
