The IT Project Manager delivers IT application and process improvement projects and is responsible that those projects are delivered in time, cost and as per originally defined functional and technical scope. The Project Manager executes activities such as project planning, scheduling, cost and benefit estimation, cost tracking , risk assessment, task assignment and follow-up, communication and meeting scheduling including at Stakeholders level. 

Responsibilities

1. Leads strategic and non-strategic IT projects through the entire project lifecycle (from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, audit and post-production support) , ensuring all required documentation, approvals, communication and deployment plan are met.

2. Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams to priorite & validate business demands & initiatives, qualifying the requests, conducting impact assessment for requested enhancements by highlighting cross-departments dependencies as well as limitations.

3. Must serve as a leader and general expert when discussing development priorities with the business. Able to develop project timelines, schedules and manage activities in order to achieve project commitments.

Competencies

1. Demonstrated strong capabilities in project management in both a "waterfall" and an "agile" environment inclusing strong follow-up capabilities 

2. Possess good communication, presentation and networking capability allowing to work at every level of the organization including senior executives

3. Able to work under pressure in very tight deadlines

4. Comfortable to work in a very dynamic environment where requirements can be very fluid 

5. Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organisation and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks

Requirements

1. 5-8 years working experience 

2. IT related degree holder

3. Experience in full-cycle project management

4. Business Information System management experience is a plus

5. Strong analytical, conceptualization and problem solving skills

6. Good command of both spoken and written English

7. Willingness to travel in average +/- 25% of the time with some multi-weeks travel instances

8. Ability to work under pressure
