Requirements：

1、  Accurately catch the brand target customer group measurement standards, understand the clothing inspection procedures, quality standards and technological requirement;

2、  Cooperate with designers and sample designers as per style development requirements, from the style, version, technology level and other aspects of the modification and adjustment, to ensure that the clothing technology can meet the company's requirements;

3、  Communicate with the designer about the design drawing, give the general size table of the garment, formulate the technological requirements and procedures, and write the process sheet in cooperation with the mass production of the workshop;

4、  Strictly control the final mass production process quality and size standards, timely communication and feedback of product sales and production problems, and make plans.

Qualifications:

1、  At least 3 years working experience in men's wear, major in garment engineering and design;

2、  Men's sewing and pattern making experience, can do sample, skilled in all kinds of craft and size is preferred;

3、  Diligent, practical, good communication skills, love the garment industry.
