Main Responsibilities:

1.Quantity survey according to Construction Drawings for brands stores, familiar with CAD and BoQ edition.

2.Understand industry GB standard, familiar with construction process.

3.Learning and familiar with the company's store concept and design requirements, industry construction working and quality standards, BDS information, furniture supplier information and the cost of a single store. Analysis the cost of different types of shops & constructions in Big China area and oversea projects. Make improvements for unreasonable parts and give suggestion to project teams about budget

4.Daily Budget review: budget review, BoQ & price control, payment validation

5.Tender process: Support Supplier Management team or internal business units to prepare tender and contract documents, tender risk evaluation, BoQ preparation, price negotiation, and operational BDS management support.

6.Contract management: Create, review and manage the construction relevant contracts, provide professional suggestions to designers on contracts items, deliver training to internal teams about contract management

7.Daily project support : Support daily brands stores and special project teams to manage the commercial variations during Construction Stage based on solid experience on QS,

8.ERP price system maintain and management.

1.根据品牌商店的施工图进行工料测量，熟悉CAD制图并能够独立编制工程量清单。

2.了解建筑行业国家相关规范，熟悉相关施工工艺

3.学习并理解公司不同品牌店铺概念和设计要求，了解施工、家具供应商信息，家具供应商信息和单店成本分析及审核，国内及海外项目中不同类型店铺和建筑的成本，成本分析、审核并提出合理化建议。

4.日常项目预、决算，工料清单及单价审核，付款申请审核

5.合同管理：创建，审查和管理施工相关合同，为项目团队在合同条款上提供专业建议，向内部团队提供有关合同管理的培训

6.供应商管理及招投标流程：准备招标及合同文件，投标风险评估，价格谈判和BDS运营上的管理支持。

7.日常项目管理支持：基于对工料测量工作的扎实经验，在施工阶段支持日常品牌店铺和特殊项目团队管理控制偏差。

8.ERP预算系统的维护和管理

？Position Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree, major in Civil/Architectural Engineering Management or related discipline

2.5+ years experience as Quantity Surveyor in Construction Industry, retail experience is a plus.

3.Familiar with method of measurements, code of valuation with bill of quantity works, GBQ and CAD.

4.Good communication skills

5.Familiar with Microsoft office tools: PPT & Excel

6.Fluent in written and reading English, basic ability of conversational competence in English

7.Diligent, studious, team player and hard-working.

1.本科学历，土木/建筑工程管理或相关专业

2.5年以上建筑行业的测量师经验，零售经验优先

3.熟悉测量方法，工程量计价清单，广联达软件和CAD

4.熟悉使用Microsoft办公工具：PPT和Excel

5.良好的沟通技巧

6.流利的英语写作和阅读能力，基础的英语会话能力
