Responsibility：

• Monitor project costs, milestones and invoicing to recover costs as they are incurred and forecast and variation.
• Lead the planning and implementation of systems.
• Lead DAI/FLUX WMS project implementation, optimization and daily maintenance.
• Lead Material Handling Equipment (MHE) optimization & maintenance, including AS/RS, Sorter, Conveyor etc.
• Support the change of current business processes towards new, common processes.
• Define work-packages and resource requirements.
• Monitor and report progress of the daily maintenance to all stakeholders.
• Ensure all assigned task be delivered on plan and act proactively on deviations.
• Take responsibility for team management, capability building.

Requirements：

• Bachelor or above education background in engineer or computer science.
• At least 5 years experience in WMS area, with 2 – 3 medium/large project implementation experience.
• Familiar with one or more WMS product, such as DAI, Manhattan, Infor, FLUX.
• Have enough knowledge for WMS/WCS system, well understand the logic of WMS/WCS.
• Know well distribution center process, always struggle for continuous improvement team operation efficiency and saving cost.
• Fluent English and can work together with global team directly.
