3. Ensure our ordering processes are optimized and decisions based upon the correct business information.
4. Make retail order budget plan and have full channel operation ideas.
5. Make category mix plan with order budget by product line and by month.
6. Merchandising data analysis
7. Seasonal review with buying team and help design team to improve the styles.
8. Merchandising analysis for Retail to guide retail team to more targeted sales.
9. Data-mining and analysis of product sales information, targeting on stock control.
10. Do regular store visit to understand customer feedback on products and collect retail advice so as to make timely review with product team.

8) Collect fashion trends on a regular base to ensuring retail ordering direction.

9) GWP PLAN-Make Promotion plan for every important holiday.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Very logical in thinking.
3. Must have related Product Management experience.
4. Good English skill both in writing and speaking, need to communicate with foreign designers.
5. Put data into useful information that drive important business decisions.
6. Great team player and outstanding communication skills.
7. Passion for fashion.
