Photoshoot Management:

· Liaise withlocal and international modelling agencies to cast models for photoshoots.

· Work withstudio production team to ensure the photo studio is organized and ordered.

· Liaise withall talents (hair & make up, stylist etc) to book time for photoshoots.

· Communicateand coordinate with 3rd party companies such as set-designers toorder props, following direction from ArtDirection & Content Manager.

· Assist Art Direction & Content Manager onset with model styling, wardrobe management, coordination and communicationwith photographer.

· Locationsearch for photoshoots.

· Available forminimum of 2x a year international travel for overseas campaign photoshoots.

Sample Management:

· Coordinatorbetween Marketing, Buying and Visual Merchandising department to preparesamples required for local and overseas photo-shoots.

· Garmentpreparation for photo-shoots

· AssistPR department by ensuring the sample room is always kept tidy, organized andmanaged well.

Digital Communication:

· Regular English toChinese document translation for catalogue, digital communication and in-storePOSM.

· Assistdigital marketing department by composing 1 WeChat content post per weekincluding H5 application on campaign promotion.

Administrative:

· Coordinate with logistics department to arrange transport of samples foroverseas photoshoots.

· Make payments for all shootings; ranging from model and locationpayments to external production company payments.

· Managing calendars and budgets for photoshoots.

Requirements:

· Fluent inChinese and English; written and spoken.

· Capable ofresolving complex issues when relevant and communicate work？ow status andconcerns to Head Of Production

· Strong up todate knowledge of latest fashion trends

· At least 2years previous editorial / art direction / creative experience highlybeneficial.
