Responsibilities：

1. At Salesman sample stage, provide walls with guidelines to be reproduced in store according to Design team trends
2. Create outfits for in-store and campaign and create an outfit guideline for EC
3. Develop seasonal visual merchandising and style guidelines with specific standards for how to display the collection in-store
4. In-store be responsible for the creative direction and development of styling and visual merchandising, covering window, impact zone, wall, rack and table display
5. Work closely with both Design team and retail
6. Actively cooperate with decoration team to fulfill display needs in store
7. Choose outfits for staff

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree and above, fashion or communication related major is preferred
2. Excellent English, Chinese not a must-
3. 2-3 years’ experience within fashion company
4. Have both creative mindset and commercial understanding, able to work with budget and sales figures
5. Good communication skills, and be good at expressing ideas
6. Interest and understanding of fashion trends and retail fashion, ability to work on own initiative and within a team
