职位描述：
I. Optimize supply chain process
1. Complete understanding of supply chain management related operations such as planning, manufacturing, and delivering. Able to keep close communication with different departments and collaborate with department manager to optimize and adjust operation process continually, aiming at promote supply chain efficiency and cost saving.
2. Able to manage and lead cross-function project, cooperate with all related stockholders to guarantee project schedule and commitment.
II. Analyze supply chain data
1. Finish reports of operation data analysis with accuracy and completeness.
2. Summarize all operations information and data by period, help build structured report, communicate and report to related departments about systematic progress to offer solid data support.
3. Proficiently combine supply chain data analysis with deep insight of various supply chain processes, assisting department manager to build up and continuously improve business analysis and early alert system.
III. Master data management
1. Strictly implement current master data management process, cooperate closely with design team and indirect purchasing team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of new material application process. Communicate with related departments about uncovered issues and continuously optimize operation method.
2. Master material information of all brands such as usage and category, update material key information in time based on feedback from design team and indirect purchasing team.
3. Collect and summarize material information such as latest change and direction via communicating with related departments, and share those information with users to guide operation.
4. Structured classify material to improve efficiency of planning team, order team and design team and strengthen analyzability of data.
IV. Supplier management
1. Support planning team and order team to manage supplier and drive supplier improvement project, offering data support and professional opinion.
2.Lead new suppliers introduction: systematically evaluating new suppliers’ supply capability, conducting training for new suppliers about operation flow and system operation, to ensure new suppliers are able to start business during planned time.
3.Lead supplier phase-out: completing supplier exit process as planned with planning team, taking responsibility other operations such as stock check and liquidation, financial settlement, and abnormal situation solving.

Position Requirement:

1. Education: Bachlor’s degree or equivalent degree; Majored in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, economics, international trade or others
2. Experiences: at least 3 years supply chain core job experiences such as planning， ordering, , procurement ect. in multinational companies, preferred in fashion, retail, FMCG or manufacturing industry
3. Data analysis competence: Good business sense to spot out the problems, can fluently collect data and do data analysis to support problem solving.
4.Coordination and Communication skills: Demonstrates the ability to handle important/urgent cases with multiple stakeholders to work out the most satisfactory solution to balance majority interests.
5. Languages: fluent English skills, written and spoken
6. Computer Skills and system experience: Demonstrates mastery of all relevant/needed capabilities of Microsoft Applications or other office software; relative work experience with Supply Chain systems such as SAP, ERP ect.
