职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
I. Order whole process management
1. Check and review the order raised by designer, and place order to suppliers on time.
2. Confirm the most satisfactory supply solution based on planning team’s forecast, stock, shop location and transportation route.
3. Monitor the key steps and furniture status and ensure the furniture arrival shop on time.
4. Solve the problem during delivery in time with proactive cooperation with designers, suppliers and carriers and minimize the impact to shop open.
 
II. Order tracking and analysis
1. Monitor the whole order process with online and offline reports, raise alert and communicate to related stakeholders on time.
2. Focus on responsible brand to do systematic business analysis, raise up feasible process improvement proposals and ensure the execution with close cooperation with design, supplier and carrier.
3. Continuously improve all related stakeholders’ information flow and approach to ensure the complete and accurate information transformation.
4. ReaAl time communication all the abnormal situations and weekly communicate the order allocation status with planning team, to support them to improve the planning accuracy.
 
III. Joint supplier and carrier management
1. Close monitor supplier operation and process problem via daily cooperation, and feedback to team manager and planning team on time.
2. Close monitor carrier operation and process problem via daily cooperation, and feedback to team manager and logistics team on time.
3. Record suppliers and carriers’ daily cooperation details, and complete supplier /carrier monthly evaluation with planning/logistics team.
4. Period review with planning/logistics team on supplier/carriers’ performance and find out the area to improve, set up feasible direction for continuous improvement.

Position Requirement:
1. Education: Bachlor’s degree or equivalent degree; Majored in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, economics, international trade or others
2. Experiences: at least 2 years supply chain related job experiences such as ordering, planning, procurement ect. in multinational companies, preferred in fashion, retail, FMCG or manufacturing industry
3. Data analysis competence: Good business sense to spot out the problems, can fluently collect data and do data analysis to support problem solving.
4. Coordination and Communication skills: Demonstrates the ability to handle important/urgent cases with multiple stakeholders to work out the most satisfactory solution to balance majority interests.
5. Languages: fluent English skills, written and spoken
6. Computer Skills and system experience: Demonstrates mastery of all relevant/needed capabilities of Microsoft Applications or other office software; relative work experience with Supply Chain systems such as SAP, ERP ect.
