Main Responsibilities (Admin. & HR)
? Be responsible for company staff activities organization.
? Preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews, and administering pre-employment tests as required.
? Establishing, maintaining and controlling personnel, employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondence, reports, and organization charts.
? Responding to and putting through various queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.
? Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
? Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
? Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, recruitment etc) and take minutes
? Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
? Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, OT, leaves, etc)
? Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, miscellaneous office work as required
? Exercising individual judgment while dealing with potential or real troubles on own initiative and bringing them to manager’s attention
? Interpreting, assisting and advising employees and managers regarding cooperative agreement applications, leave management and benefit administration, and HR procedures and policies within the specified guidelines.

Academic Qualifications
Bachelor degree with major in Admin. Management/Broadcasting…
Essential Skills & Experience
? Minimum 3 years of related work experience in multi-national companies
? Proficiency in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
? Ability to communicate effectively
? Fluent in English, both written and speaking and translating
? Good team player, could work under pressure and self-motivated
? Excellent organisational and time management skills
? PC literate with PowerPoint, Excel, Word,
? Ability to learn new software platforms for video editing
? Dynamic, creative, ‘hands-on’ approach
? Pro-active and able to react quickly
