Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent is responsible to develop Nespresso B2B business in the Shenzhen area by capturing business cooperation opportunities with the high end hotels, restaurants and office segments in order to enhance Nespresso brand visibility and drive customer acquisition. The incumbent is also responsible to provide excellent account management services to customers in order to provide business solutions and to maintain a supportive relationship in order to strengthen business partnership and coffee consumption.
The incumbent will:
- Identify business opportunities within designated territory including but not limited to hotels, restaurants and office segments
- Acquire new accounts by presenting Nespresso business solutions (machines, coffee and services) to customers following Nespresso B2B Sales Process
- Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPI for designated territory
- Assist in placing Nespresso products in different venues within the customer’s premises and provide usage guidance to customers
- Maintain strong relationships with high valued customers by providing professional sales service and ongoing support to ensure high quality customer service align with Nespresso brand image
- Optimize Brand Equity and visibility through providing Nespresso Experience, brand exposure and product trials to customers in all occasions
- Provide regular reporting to headquarters to reflect sales achievements and business forecasts
- Compliant with Nestlé and Nespresso business principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the corporate sales or area, experience gained from hospitality or food & beverage industries would have definite advantages
- Presentable, with good knowledge of Nespresso’s brand, dedicate to provide life style and premium services
- Effective selling, negotiation and excellent communication skills
- Results oriented, customer focused, responsible, detailed minded and reliable
- Independent and a good team player
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
