Requirement:
1.Professional requirement
1)Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance, 1 year working experience
2)Languages:
Chinese: must
English: must (oral, reading, writing)
German: desirable
3)College diploma or above, majoring in accounting
4)Well knowledge with MS office

3.Environmental
Environmental care

Main duties
1)Cash write-off according to the policy, and book into ERP
2)Make the cash write-off report every month
3)Make weekly cash flow report
4)Issue VAT invoice according to packing slip
5)Record VAT in tax bureau every month end
6)Daily cash receipts and payments.
7)Strictly follow the approval process for the payment, timely and accurately prepare and process payment to suppliers and employees
8)Make the balance reconciliation with bank
9)Cycle count with warehouse people every week
10)monitor foreign exchange rates’ fluctuation, follow up on banking products, month-end cash balance analysis
11)SAFE Foreign Currency cancel after verification for both receivable and payable, prepay included. SAFE import/export limitation control, risks monition. Customs declaration document tracking.
12)manage fixed assets
13)Assist annual audit by CPA firm
14)Bind accounting vouchers for the whole finance dept
15)Other miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by FM
