RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist Depute General Manager to organize factory team and direct the team to complete all the targets of WJ factory.
2. Assist Depute General to plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach in Wu Jiang city.
3. To manage the purchasing activities of equipments, working & raw materials and packing materials.
4. Participate in the establishment and implement short and long-range production goals and objectives.
5. To supervise the planning and development of factory production, maintenance and expansion.
6. Assist Depute General Manager to develop annual and long range plans for the factory.
7. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate factory staffs.

Requirements:

1. University degree, chemical or chemical engineering background;

2. Above 5 years management, 8 years chemical production, engineering management experience;

3. Experience in project setup and engineering construction. Knowledge of designing, government approvals applying, QA & QC experience, civil engineering, equipment installation and piping. Knowledge of equipments, raw materials sourcing and purchasing;

4. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to complete quality project within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage and direct startup of new factory;

5. Excellent English and Good computer skills;

6. Good communication，management and technology skills.

工作职责：

1、 协助总经理组织和指导全体职工完成吴江工厂的所有目标；

2、 协助总经理在吴江地区计划，调整和沟通公共事务，包括公共关系和社区关系；

3、 管理采购设备、原材料和包装材料事宜；

4、 参与制定和执行短期和长期生产目标；

5、 监督工厂生产、维护和扩建计划；

6、 协助总经理制定年度和长远发展计划；

7、 招聘，培训，监督和评估工厂全体职员。

任职资格：

1、 大学本科学历，化学工程类专业；

2、 5年以上管理经验，8年以上化工生产、工程管理经验；

3、 有一定的项目开发和建筑工程经验。熟悉设计，申请政府批准流程，土木工程，设备安装盒管道系统。有QA和QC经验，同时有设备，原材料采购相关认识；

4、 要求有专业的人与人之间的书写，语言沟通技巧。有能力激发团队在有效时间里完成高质量项目，同时管理和指导新工厂的运营；

5、 精通英语和电脑操作；

6、 良好的沟通、管理、技术技能。
