essential duties and responsibilities
1.按照生产计划排程，确保交期的准时。
2.提高原料的利用率，有效节约成本同时持续提高质量和产量。
3.合理调配人力资源和控制人工成本。
4.向直接汇报对象制造经理提出制定现场管理的规章制度在获得批准后确保实施。
5.确保车间现场的日常管理活动井井有条。
6.和品质部门的同事合作以提高现场工作员工的质量意识。
7.建立并实施现场作业人员的技能及安全意识的常规培训。
8.要求夜场作业人员严格按照操作规程操作机器并学习和培训员工对一些机器的日常保养的意识。
9.严格遵守SOP和作业流程，对每一台机器和每一道工序都建立SOP。
10.现场5S 的培训和执行。
11.主管安排的其他任务。
任职资格：
一定的塑料成型加工的知识(pvc, tpu, pe, …)
一定的QA系统的知识或经验(TPM, iso 9000, 5s, 6 sigma, …)
有‘overall equipment efficiency’的概念和知识。
能够很好地培训激励下属。
身体健康，很好地安全生产意识。
