Experience: 2-3Year in customer Logistics management.
Communication skills: Very good comunicatiuon Skills, always in contact with Customer.
Personality: open mind.
Specifics skills: Very good knowledge of export process and transport operation in general, customer awareness
Languages: English : R/W/S is a must. Chinese: R/W/S should be native.


Scope of Work:

As the link between PCM back office (logistics / Production) and Front office (Sales team)
In total immersion within the local PCM team in China
Frequent contact with the Head of China Site and the Local workforce.
To inform sales team / Customer of order acknowledgement
To Work with Stock to prepare shipment (gather information to quote transport fees)
To work with Sales team / Finance to release shipments
To Prepare documentation for customers and/or export
To Keep customers informed of the status of their order
Might also be involved in Import process occasionally or other tasks assigned.
