岗位职责：

1. 在负责所辖区域业务开拓，确保符合（超过）公司业务的长期目标；
2. 负责获取新客户，支持并挖掘公司关键客户更多潜力，提高客户满意度，为整个销售团队做出贡献；
3. 制作区域销售计划与目标（季度，年度）与整体业务目标保持一致；
4. 与公司关键客户的高层管理人员保持长久的良好关系；
5. 分析区域市场趋势，发掘业务增长新潜力；
6. 保持与公司其他部门的顺畅沟通，特别是运营与财务；
7. 能够有力并清晰的为客户表述公司的优异；
8. 确保账款回收的准确与及时。

  Job Description:

1. Responsible for the market development of the area to meet and exceed the expectation of the company’s business objectives in long run;
2. New customer acquisition, key customer retainment and renewal, increase customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall sales team;
3. Create area sales plan (quarterly, annually) and quotas in align with the business objectives;
4. Maintain long-lasting and strong relationship with senior executives of company’s key customers
5. Analyze area sales trends and identify new potential for growth;
6. Foster good cross-functional communication with other departments, in particular with operation, finance;
7. Be able to deliver powerful presentation which communicate clearly the excellence of the company;
8. Be responsible for the due payment collection.

岗位要求：

1. 机械，电气或市场营销相关专业本科学历；
2. 3年以上机械，电气相关产品销售经验；
3. 了解制造业生产流程；
4. 以客户为中心并有极好的沟通和合作能力；
5. 善于自我激励和团队合作；
6. 英语日常对话能力；
7. 良好的电脑应用能力；
8. 经常出差；
9. 常驻地：成都/重庆。
   负责区域：重庆，四川省，云南省，贵州省（新客户）。

 Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree of Mechanical engineering/electric/ marketing relevant subject.
2. 3+year’s hands on sales experience with mechanical/electrical industry background preferred in MNCs.
3. Understand the manufacturing process;
4. Customer focus attitude with excellent communication and coordination ability.
5. Self-motivated, a team player.
6. A good command of English skill at least in writing and reading, speaking is a plus
7. Computer skills on MS-office and database.
8. Frequent domestic travel is required.
9. Areas:

      Base in: Chongqing /Chengdu.
      Responsible areas: Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou Provinces.
