岗位职责：

1、负责客户现场产品故障维修和产品安装。

2、参与培训用户，提供现场指导等售后技术支持工作。

3. 售前的产品介绍、答疑，客户接待，售后问题的鉴定等。

4、售后数据问题汇总，报告；售出产品的跟踪、维护、保养。

5、客服信息、数据的汇总、分析、上报。

任职要求：

1、大专学历以上，光电子，自动化专业。

2、从事激光行业生产、售后一年以上，或是从事电子行业、光电行业、电器设备行业两年以上工作经验。

3、有较强的动手和问题解决能力，对电气原理图、电气线路熟悉。

4、比较热心，自信；工作认真、细心、积极，能吃苦耐劳，工作时间弹性大,能接受外地出差。

5、良好的沟通及语言表达能力，有独立分析、思考解决问题的能力。
