Responsibilities职责

1. Take the lead of new technical solutions for processing/manufacturing engineering主导制程/生产工程中新技术的解决方案

2. Responsible of new technical/process introduction负责新技术/制程的导入

3. Responsible of Manufacturing Flow Chart, PFMEA for new product负责新产品的制造流程图和PFMEA

4. Take the lead of inside material flow and plant layout design and make production more effective主导内部材料流向和工厂布局的设计，使生产效率更高

5. Responsible to qualify new installed production line or work station负责鉴定验收新架设的生产线或工作站

6. Continuously optimize manufacturing process to improve productivity and product yield持续优化生产制程提高生产力和产品良率

7. Solutions for cost reduction from manufacturing point.提出降低制造成本的方案

8. Support NPI engineer to finish new product introduction (NPI) 协助NPI工程师完成新产品导入

9. Assist PM to finish the quote for new product协助PM完成新产品报价

10. Assist SCM to verify new materials and qualify new vendor协助SCM验证新材料，鉴定新供应商

Requirements要求

1. University or college on materials or mechanical材料或机构专业本科或大专学历

2. 6-8 years relevant experience, PCBA manufacturing background is prefer 6-8年相

关工作经验,具有PCBA制造经验者更佳

3. Excellent knowledge e of PCBA process & equipment including SMT, AI & Wave

Solder 精通SMT/BGA 制程及设备包括SMT, AI & 波峰焊

4. Familiar with manufacturing process of printed circuit board熟悉PCB板的制造工艺

5. Strong communication skill required优秀的沟通能力

6. Good troubleshooting skill 良好的问题处理能力

7. Strong ability to work as a team member良好的团队精神

8. Office software skill is a Must.会使用Office办公软件

9. Can read / write in English.能够阅读/书写英文

10. Able to use CAM 350.会使用CAM350软件

11. Knowledge of MSD, ESD, FMEA, PPAP,DOE了解MSD, ESD, FMEA, PPAP, DOE知识
