Main responsibilities主要职责:

1. Shift work according to company production volume 根据生产计划进行轮班工作

2. Maintain the production tool including:daily maintenance and big maintenance according to the TPM每日保养在生产的模具, 以及定期维护及大保养模具

3. Analyse and execute the issue happening during the production 分析并处理在生产中出现的模具问题。

4. Tool income check of the detail and make sure the tool correction is ok against the tool correction record.模具进厂验收，确保模具的修模信息与资料吻合。

5. Maintain the documentation of the tool correction 整理完善模具相关文档及表单

6. Execute the job assigned by the tool room supervisor 执行模房主管安排的工作

7. Support the tool Engineer to analyse and give creative suggestion during the tool correction loop phase .协助模具工程师分析并给出合理建议在修模过程中出现的问题点

8. Ensures a safe clean working environment确保一个安全清洁的工作环境

Qualification Requirement任职资格要求：

1. Senior High school and above高中毕业以上

2. 至少有5年从事注塑模具钳工的工作经验，2年以上维护生产模具的经验。

3. Can operate the milling ,lathe, drill , grinder machine and maintain the machine 能够熟练的操作机加工设备和保养（车,铣,钻,磨床）

4. Should have knowledge of correction and adjustment the tools and be working independently and unsuppervised有足够的修模的经验，并且能够独立完成工作。
