Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for organization, staffing, equipment management and production technology, product quality, manufacturing costs, improving production efficiency

2. Employee training and development planning

3. Production plan according to the delivery schedule, the production equipments and person situation, mastering production progress and completion, solving production problems, make sure the products could be delivered on time

4. Improve production methods, fully exploit the production capacity, improve the production yield and increase the working efficiency, control and decrease production costs

5. Quality control and to make sure the product quality

6. Lead team to achieve 5S, make sure the production environment and action orderly and clean

7. Care the working condition and the workers security; be able to take protection measures to avoid the derangement and injury

8. Report to General Manager

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or above, 机械自动化和机电一体化等相关工科专业
2. More than 5 years production management experience
3. 具有相关的ERP系统使用经验
4. Excellent English level
5. 良好的团队精神及职业素养
