1，Coordinate within China OpCo and oversea OpCos to insure on timely completion and delivery of goods and materials. 协调中国OpCo部门及国外OpCo的订单需求， 及时完成递交成品及物料。
2，Work with MU workshop to ensure production capacity planning in order to OTD.与MU车间一起合作，确保合理的产能计划来实现准时递交率。
3，Work wich Opco workshop to ensure fabrication capacity planning in order to OTD. 与OpCo车间一起合作，确保合理的产能计划来实现准时递交率。
4，Manage and coordinate all supply chain processes for the business categories. 管理及协调供应链的所有环节以满足公司商业需求。
5，Plan and convert customers requirement into production schedule.根据客户需求， 转化成合理的生产计划。
6，Plan of direct & indirect materials release per forecast requirement. 根据订单预测， 转化成合理的直接材料和间接材料计划。
7，Work with engineering, QA, Sales, Warehouse to ensure timely disposition of slow moving inventories. 与工程，质量，销售，仓库紧密联系，及时处理呆滞物料。
8, Identify & record any problem relating to the product, process and quality problem. 有能力识别并记录跟踪解决生产，质量和流程上的问题。
9, Follow up actual output and production schedule to insure the output meet all requirement.跟踪每天实际产出量与计划的对比，确保产出满足所有需求。
10, Keep management informed of all production output and commitment problem or potential problem.及时与管理层沟通产出问题，交期问题或任何潜在的问题。
11，Ensure all KPI targets are met and improvement actions are taken. Key KPIs: SIOP compliance, planning reliability, inventory turnover rate. 确保所有KPI都保持良好的发展方向及时采取修正措施。 主要的KPI有， SIOP， 计划的可靠性及库存的周转率。
