工作职责：
1、执行公司已认定的制造工艺流程、工艺参数及产品标准；
2、督促、检查岗位操作工执行工艺流程、工艺参数及产品标准；
3、与生产、工程、物流、质量、销售和IT部门一同完善生产流程；
4、优化工艺流程,解决生产现场存在的工艺、技术问题；
5、检查各工序的工艺执行并做好记录，对现有生产技术进行必要的研究并提出改进建议；
6、贯彻运营计划并在规定时间内保质保量保价交付，让顾客满意；
7、负责完成产品的试产报告与工艺分析报告；


任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，金属材料或机械类相关专业背景；
2、3年以上工艺技术工作经验，英语听说读写流利者优先；
3、熟悉TS16949质量体系；
4、熟悉金属件（如张紧轮、减震器等）产品的加工制造工艺；
5、熟悉产品性能、产品结构，具有丰富的项目开展经验，团队意识强；
6、掌握IE、SPC、FMEA等常用工艺工程方法
7、能够阅读并解释、运用各类技术文件及说明，具备解决现场故障的能力，统计调查分析能力，善于发现、寻找并解决问题；
8、熟练使用Office等办公软件及工作必须的其他软件工具。
