职位描述：
Responsibility:
1. Set and follow up KPI target together with process leader. (Adjust time, scrap, cycle time efficiency, WCM saving)
2. Analysis of Root cause of adjustment, rework and defects, and define Kaizen to team member or other functions and follow up effectiveness.
3. Perform QRQC in daily job for rework and defects.
4. Perform WO activities to improve productivity, reduce rework and scrap with WCM approach.
5. Work and confirm with process leader and industrial development team to continuously improve overall Assembly Layout to improve efficiency of operation.
6. Assure process standardization.
7. Managing implementation of 4M change.
8. Responsible for process document.
9. With MFE, ensure “smooth” transfer on new projects, providing lesson learns from previous lines/process.
10. KPI and main focus to be follow-up and reported by weekly and monthly basis. Weekly and monthly report must content: KPI status, PDCA status, Continuous process improvement action plan.
11. Responsible to prepare and maintain annual budget together with process leader.
