Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for HR communications and employee engagement content activities management. To write, edit and publish stories, newsletters, announcements, etc. Support HR and employee related communications and employer value proposition campaign.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop internal annual communication plan in line with the Group and Corporate communications strategy.
2. Support on planning and implementing communication projects with respect to newsletter, seminar, employee communication activities, online communications etc.
3. Support on communication projects leaded by China ND level.
4. Provide HR admin and services within the defined scope, including but not limited to expatriates management, visa consultation and handling, HR projects supporting etc.
5. Other tasks assigned by HR site manager.
Qualifications:
1. Above 3 years experience in a similar role with a MNC background.
2. Prior work experience in the fields of corporate internal communications is a plus.
3. Intercultural mindset, and able to work in a team within a multinational organization.
4. Bi-lingual ability (Good English skills, both in written and oral).
5. Good learning agility and can work in a precise & timely manner.
