职位描述：
Qualification:
        A degree or a diploma in any technical discipline or equivalent
        Min. 5 year experience in plastic molding.
Responsibility:
For new project:
1) Check the feasibility of the production for molding;
2) Follow the new project sample building;
3) Follow the APU1 internal package for new project;
4) Follow the trial out in molding;
5) Lead the molding process validation, PPAP of new product;
6) Release molding single line to mass production; tools, layout, work construction etc.
For mass production
1) Support UTE leader to control the scrap rate, labor lost;
2) Maintain the molding parameters;
