职位描述：
1. Managing equipment maintenance schedules, budgets and controlling costs(including preventive maintenance and spare parts list).
负责编制设备维护保养计划和预算并控制维修成本（包括设备预防性保养计划和备件管理计划）
2. Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the Maintenance team.
负责维修保养团队的规划，带领并管理团队为公司的目标付出努力。
3. Ensuring that all equipment in safe and efficient working status.
确保所有的生产线设备处于安全高效的工作状态。
4. Recording daily maintenance activity and conducting employee performance reviews.
记录每天的维修活动并对员工绩效进行评估。
5. Involved in installation and validation for new equipment
参与新设备到厂后的安装调试和验收。
6. Managing movement and installation for existing equipment.
负责工厂现有设备的搬迁和安装调试。
7. Responding quickly to root cause analysis of equipment breakdown and trouble shooting issues.
具备快速分析设备故障根本原因并排除问题的能力。
8. Be familiar with PLC control system, Specially Siemens S7-300 system and software Step 7.
熟悉PLC控制系统，特别是西门子S7-300和Step 7的编程。
9. Others arranged by the direct supervisor.
直接领导安排的其他工作。

Education 教育:
Technical background in Mechanical and Electrical major with bachelor degree
本科机电一体化专业；

Professional experience专业经验:
More than 3 years working experience in electrical equipment design or maintenance filed.
至少3年以上电气设备设计维护经验；
can communicate in English / CET 4;
可用英文沟通，英文4级以上水平
can working in pressure and overtime during the holidays

Aweco is a worldwide company established in 1960s in Neukirch, Germany. Now it has locations in Germany, Austria, Poland and China, and the main products are core components for dish washer, washing machine and coffee machine. Our customers are top 10 global home appliance makers, including Whirlpool, Siemens, Miele, Philips. Electrolux, GE, Midea, etc.
