职位描述：
主要职责/ Main responsibility:
- 根据公司产品开发计划，参与样品试装以及新产品各项设计的工艺性能进行评估；Involved evaluation of initial sample assembly and product design based on new project planning;
- 负责验证样品质量，按照测试计划和控制计划进行日常和过程的产品测试；Responsible for quality control of sample, attend the verification of initial sample, implement daily and monthly product inspection based on testing plan and control plan;
- 负责新产品试制和启动阶段的组装过程相关的工艺，工装 设备进行工序能力评估，按照和配合新项目工程师的各项测试工作计划开展日常工作，保证项目启动阶段各项质量目标的完成；Responsible for process capability study of assembly process, engineering equipment, monitor, work close to NPI quality engineer and ensure meet the quality goal in each project phase;
- 负责制造过程中的产品质量数据的统计，收集和分析工作，组织和推动相关部门对过程问题的分析改善工作，并进行质量评价认可；Organize and coordinate analysis quality issue of producing part and purchasing part in the process of phase , drive team to make action plan for quality issues,
- 协助客户投诉处理 Support customer complaints;
- 纠正预防措施的管理(top问题的改进跟踪)。Corrective and preventivie action mangement;
任职资格（要求）/ Requirement：
- 熟练的英语读写能力，具备一定的口语交流能力 Good English skills in reading and writing, basic oral English skills.
- 大专以上学历要求 more than associate bachelor
- 2年以上工作经验more than 2 years working experience
- 工程机械背景，拥有塑料，电子相关的行业经验优先 Have engineer , plastic, electric experience will be best
- 掌握质量工具的应用，如SPC，5WHY。 Familiar with quality tools and I t’s application
- 有基本的质量管理知识（质量概念，检具使用，流程熟悉） have others quality knowledge, such as five tools , quality improvement experience .

Aweco is a worldwide company established in 1960s in Neukirch, Germany. Now it has locations in Germany, Austria, Poland and China, and the main products are core components for dish washer, washing machine and coffee machine. Our customers are top 10 global home appliance makers, including Whirlpool, Siemens, Miele, Philips. Electrolux, GE, Midea, etc.
  
Aweco Group merged with Sanhua Holding Group by end of 2012 and become a member of Sanhua Group which is a Chinese large-scale listed company. The sales revenue of Sanhua group in 2014 reached more than 150 billion RMB. And Aweco Group has been renamed as Sanhua Aweco Group.
