职位描述：
1) Define and update equipment documentation in Electric control (including preventive maintenance, spare parts list and maintenance list).
定义和升级设备电气控制部分的文档（包括设备预防性保养计划，设备校正计划和备件管理计划）
2) Ensure smooth running of production equipment (trouble shooting in electric, preventive maintenance) （Key performance indicators are equipment downtime )
确保生产线设备的运行，设备电气故障排除，预防性保养，主要指标为设备的停机故障率。
3) Specification and sourcing of new equipment, installation and release of new line equipment in electric.
在电气控制方面，定义新设备的规格和开发设备供应商，安装、调试和验收新设备。
4) Analysis of equipment breakdown and take actions to improve /adapt equipment.
分析设备故障并采取改善行动和改进设备的能力。
5) Provide support for electrical failures of all assembly equipments, Implementation of improvement programs.
对生产线设备的电气技术故障提供技术支持；并落实相关改进计划。
6) Requisitions and control of spare parts for the machinery, depending on the inventory. Follow-up to purchase requisitions and control of the costs for spare parts.
根据库存情况决定采购并控制有关维修备件, 跟踪采购申请并控制维修备件的成本。
7) Control and reduction of scrap attributable to equipment failures.
控制和减少因设备故障而造成的报废。
8) Be familiar with PLC control system, Specially Siemens S7-300 system and software Step 7.
熟悉PLC控制系统，特别是西门子S7-300、Step 7-200、三菱等PLC的编程。
9) Development and control of visual aids of equipment.
完善和控制设备的目视化管理。
10) Others arranged by the direct supervisor.
直接领导安排的其他工作。

3 years work experience at least. 至少三年以上相同/相似工作经验。
BS degree preferred. 工学学士学位优先。
Knowledge of computer packages (MS OFFICE). 电脑软件/应用（Office及电子制图软件等）。

Aweco is a worldwide company established in 1960s in Neukirch, Germany. Now it has locations in Germany, Austria, Poland and China, and the main products are core components for dish washer, washing machine and coffee machine. Our customers are top 10 global home appliance makers, including Whirlpool, Siemens, Miele, Philips. Electrolux, GE, Midea, etc.
