职位描述：
Purpose:
To support production line and ensure production line run smoothly.
支持生产并确保生产的稳定进行。
To solve equipment and process problem and improve production performance.
解决设备和工艺问题并改善生产业绩。
Responsibility:

1) Define and update equipment documentation (including preventive maintenance, calibration list, spare parts list and maintenance list).
定义和升级设备文档（包括设备预防性保养计划，设备校正计划和备件管理计划）
2) Define and update process procedures and documentation including manufacturing instruction.
定义和升级生产工艺文档,包括生产操作指导书。
3) Ensure smooth running of production equipment (trouble shooting, preventive maintenance) （Key performance indicators are equipment downtime )
确保生产线设备的运行，设备故障排除，预防性保养，主要指标为设备的停机故障率，产品的次品率和生产的工艺能力的提升。
4) Monitor and improve production process. Key performance indicators are FOR, CPK improvement, SPC.
监控和改善生产的工艺能力，主要指标为生产线的次品率和生产工艺能力的提升和控制。
5) Specification, mechanical design and sourcing of new equipment, installation and release of new line equipment.
定义新设备的规格，机械设计，开发设备供应商，安装、调试和验收新设备。
6) Analysis of equipment breakdown and take actions to improve /adapt equipment.
分析设备故障并采取改善行动和改进设备的能力。
7) To analyze production problems, to define root cause and to implement corrective actions.
分析生产线的问题，发现根本原因并执行纠正措施。
8) Respond to any emergency in his area and take actions.
积极响应有关紧急情况并采取相应措施。
9) Monitor and control scrap due to equipment failures.
监控并控制由于设备问题造成的报废。
10) Implementation of continuous improvement programs.
落实/执行持续改进。
11) Work together with Packaging/Logistic Eng. on developing material feeding, bins, material distribution, Kanban racks / supermarket (if need it), material flow and delivery frequency to improve the productivity.
与包装/物流工程师一起改善生产线的物料包装设计、投送方式/频次以及物料流向等，达到进一步提升生产力。
12) Design, development and control of visual aids – emphasis on visual management.
设计、规划并实现生产线的目视化管理。
13) Control and reduction of scrap attributable to equipment failures.
控制和减少因设备故障而造成的报废。
14) To introduce new processes and products，Support trial run of new parts, new processes and provides trial run results
导入新工艺和新产品，支持新产品和新工艺的试制并提供试制报告。
15) Modify the equipment when required.
根据需要对设备进行改进。
16) Work with Team/ Production, R&D, LOG & QA on development plan for problem solving – provide support as needed.
与生产、研发、物流以及质量等部门一起共同解决生产中的问题，提供必要的技术支持。
17) Training to technicians, operators。
培训技术员和操作工人。
18) Others arranged by the direct supervisor.

Aweco is a worldwide company established in 1960s in Neukirch, Germany. Now it has locations in Germany, Austria, Poland and China, and the main products are core components for dish washer, washing machine and coffee machine. Our customers are top 10 global home appliance makers, including Whirlpool, Siemens, Miele, Philips. Electrolux, GE, Midea, etc.
