职位描述
Major Job Responsibility:
Plan and implement ME improvement and ECN to production lines
2. Coordinate with cross function on new project
3. Provide technical analysis and judgments from ME sight to solve any product problems through 5W and follow up engineering corrective actions on board, layout, process etc.
4. Implement Lean concept to improve manufacturing to meet DBS, DMS requirements
5. Implement Continuous Improvement to reduce cost, investment and unuseful documents
6. Study standard production hours and balance work stations
7. Self-develop capabilities to meet the Company requirements
