焊接工艺工程师工作职责：

制定骨架焊接、装配工艺流程、平面布局，编制工艺文件，制定工时定额，分析骨架焊接、装配过程，改进工艺，并配合新产品开发进行相关工作。
1. 制定产品的装配工艺流程，编制工艺文件(PFMEA、工艺流程图、平面布局、作业指导书、返工作业指导书等)，并对相关人员进行培训。
2 .确定工装夹具，工位器具及其他与生产工艺相关的工艺装备。负责提出工装夹具的制作技术要求，负责工装夹具的技术验收。协助提出生产设备、工具的要求 。
3.运用时间研究工具，制定工时定额与人员配置，并执行考核。
4.负责对产品的装配工艺及工艺装备进行持续改进。
5.完成与工艺装配有关的CA执行工作，参与VA/VE 和国产化的相关活动。
6.参与新项目前期开发，按照项目的进度要求完成由AME负责的相关工作。
7.负责供应商零部件包装方案的确定，负责确定骨架成品运输包装。

任职要求：

1. 机械或者相关专业大学本科毕业或以上学历。
2. 三年焊接方面的工作经验。
3. 会CATIA及CAD制图，具备FEMA，PEIL，APQP等方面的专业知识。
4. 具备robot welding 的技能
