Mission:

- Make sure JV site EHS activities are following valeo policy

- Apply valeo EHS tools into JV, make all EHS activities are all in order

- Responsible for dealing with all external relationship, including government relationship/supplier relationship and etc.

- Responsible for dealing with all internal administrative affairs

- Reporting: all reports needed from internal and external departments

- Temporary arrangement from N+1 and top management staff etc.

Responsibilities:

Make sure JV site EHS activities are following valeo policy

1.Update related policy and procedure depends on the JV real situation

2.Make sure all EHS activities is improved to avoid kinds of risks within the principle of valeo policy

Apply valeo EHS tools into JV, make all EHS activities are all in order

1.Identify the differences and risks between fact and valeo standard, propose possible plan to improve

and prevent from risks

2.Apply valeo EHS tools to JV to improve efficiency of JV daily operation

Responsible for dealing with all external relationship, including government relationship/supplier relationship and etc.

1.Keep regular relationship with related government departments, make sure JV have a good

development environment.

2.Apply .project for related government to support JV development

3.Manage all external suppliers like car/employee bus/canteen/hotel etc.

Responsible for dealing with all internal administrative affairs

1.Setup and improve all JV administrative procedure and policy

2.Make sure all internal administrative affairs are in order, including car/ employee bus/ canteen/hotel/ uniform/ apartment/ safety(asset and life)/ plant(office) reparation

3.Make sure all external and internal visit is well arranged

Reporting: all reports needed from internal and external departments

1.Prepare all regular/casual report needed by RO/PG/BG

2.Prepare all regular/casual report needed by government or others

Temporary arrangement from N+1 and top management staff etc.

Education:

University degree in management or business management

Experience:

At least 3 years experience in EHS function.
