Responsibilities：
?Planning and tracking of Software work packages
?Management of SW-RE, SW-PE and suppliers assigned to the project
?Reporting to project management and department management
?Implementation and control of the Software development process in the project
?Participate in the SEPG to introduce Automotive SPICE in BCMW/ESW
Qualifications;
?Graduated in computer science / software or similar engineering study
?Experience in automotive embedded Software development at least 3 Years. Preferably in Instrumentation Systems.
?Experience with Automotive SPICE, CMMI or other capability model
?Experience in SW Design, Implementation and testing
?Very good English both oral & written
