GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze welding process feasibility of chassis and body parts
- Welding process analysis and definition
- Welding proposal releasing and cost analysis
- Follow prototype construction and provide quality improvement proposal
- Report to Engineering Team Leader
- Capability to analyze chassis and body process feasibility independently
- Experience in welding process method planning
- Familiar with welding fixtures design
- Familiar with chassis and body structure
- Experience in welding shop on-site at least 2 years
- Ability to analyze welding issue on-site and provide related solution
- Software skills: CATIA R19 or V5, UG
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above in vehicle/mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years experience in related area
- Good communication skills and team working ability
- Experience in Auto chassis or body design is preferred
- Good spoken and written English
- Availability for domestic and international travel
