职位描述

This is a European company based in SIP and they are now hiring Accounting Supervisor considering the business development.


Key Responsibilities:


provides direct supervision / training to employees performing work on record to report and master maintenance function for the Asia region
  • be accountable to the results of the team
  • handles internal customers inquiries or escalations
  • handles statutory and tax related filings and compliance
  • recommends and implements methods for dispute resolution and drive process improvements
  • maintains positive relationships with internal customers who have a significant impact on the success of the organization
  • builds cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiation skills, and considerable tact are required to gain support
  • applies in-depth knowledge of professional standards and precedents in area of specialty
    coordinates the activities of a team with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees
  • reviews employees’ performance; coaches for improved performance and takes appropriate disciplinary action as required
  • interacts directly with subordinates and peer groups; interfaces with senior managers on issues related to the area of expertise
  • ensures satisfactory readiness on various processes for SOx and audit purposes
  • ensure finance reports are distributed to management on a regular basis
  • handles ad hoc project as assigned


  • Key Requirements:


    degree Holder preferred in Finance or Accounting or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting
  • around seven years of relevant working experience in finance field with multinational company
  • knowledge of the Chinese Tax regulations
  • fluent English & Mandarin
  • work under high pressure
  • conscientious, result-oriented, enthusiastic and eager to learn
  • strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Knowledge in SAP a definite advantage
  • good knowledge of global business environment and customers' business
  • good negotiation and problem resolution skills
  • good leadership and coaching skills
  • good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external parties
  • ability to effectively lead, manage, train and motivate a diverse group of employees
  • ability to use some or all of the following PC applications: Word, Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint
  • perform financial sensitivity analysis against all key factors and provide management with recommendations / solutions
  • makes recommendations based on interpretation of results
  • ability to drive projects and implementation of action items
