An international company based in Suzhou is looking for a R&D division manager, you will responsible for the R&D department, three Section Managers report to you.
About the Organisation:
This is a FORTUNE 500 company in electrical industry. Renowned for its world-leading services and products, they provide B2B services to the world’s leading companies.
Key Responsibilities:
? organize the development about new products, the redesign and special customer application for the existing products, reverse engineering, DTC
? responsible for the lab facilities and equipment to fulfill the internal requirement or find the right external test capacities
? be responsible for all of the product certification/approval, the support for customer service and return goods ? responsible for the product performance analysis, technical feasibility study and evaluation
? compile the related technical documentation and specification for products
? optimize the existing products in order to improve quality, performance, application, cost
? take part in analysis, determination, correction and prevention of quality problems of new and existing products
? support the localization project for local material, production, etc
? analyze the current market situation in cooperation with SLC business unit and colleagues from the R&D/PM centerin Germany
? support other internal departments as well as the business unit and the sales force in the regions in respect to technical questions and evaluations
? plan headcount, interview and hire applicants, plan, assign, direct and supervise work, guide and train personnel, control goal achievements, assess, reward, and discipline employees, review salary and grant bonus in cooperation with personnel department, address complaints
? ensure continuity of work in case of absence
Key Requirements:
? experience of at least ten years in LV switchgear technical fields
? experience of at least five years in research / product development
? being a team leader for more than 30 people over a period of three years
? working in intercultural company more than five years
