职位描述
Responsibilities：
1.follow up parts in new project;communicate with designer and supplier in time;participate initial sample and PPAP approval.
2.monitor supplier quality status after SOP;participate the activity of improving supplier process in production，improve production efficiency and cost reduction.
3.processing for noncomformity,process defect in an equivalent manner;correcting,following up, and claim for compensation.
4.establish annual audit for supplier,organize and participate auditing for supplier.
5.responsib for safety and environment in own work scope;study and implement safety and environment relevant regulation;assist purchasing engineer to publish safety and environment requirement to suppliers.
Qualification：
1.2-3 years of working experience in car multimedia industry(instrument cluster),process product know-how of ICU product and of supplied parts,esp. for mechanical parts, product engineering process and technical requirements.
2.basic quality management; ISO9000,ISO TS16949, FAEA, control plan, 8D,purchasing quality management.
3.auditing: process audit, process capability
4. social competence: communication and cooperation
5.good English skill as working language.
