-Be responsible for monthly payroll, SPF preparation and delivery in time.
-Make budget and forecast on personnel cost and update on time to ensure that they are under control.
-Participate and provide professional yearly salary adjustment proposal.
-Execute full scope market analysis to help ensure competitive pay positioning across the organization.
-Participate in compensation strategy planning and individual projects.
-Release weekly and monthly HC and Turnover report.
-Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
-3 years of working experience. Knowledge of compensation and benefits practices for China Nationals and Labor Law is preferred.
-Good follow-up and ability to take tasks to completion on schedule.
-Good English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
-ERP or SAP skill is preferred, shared service experience is preferred
