JOB TITLE: Finance Analysis
LOCATION NAME: Shanghai
REPORTS TO: Finance Manager
DEPARTMENT: Finance
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Assist Finance Manager to prepare the annual budget, and monthly forecast and variance analysis of Shanghai office.
? Assist China Plant Controllers to prepare and consolidate monthly financial management reports and analysis.
? Consolidate monthly actual and forecasted capital expenditure and monitor the deviation.
? Consolidate monthly actual and forecasted headcount and monitor the deviation.
? Monitor China plant daily cash.
? Consolidate weekly cash forecast.
? Closely work with Plant Controllers to monitor month-end close status, and assit in providing P/L and B/S variance analysis.
? Ensure compliance with global financial policies and procedures, including US GAAP and local reporting requirements, as well as SOX requirements.
? Facilitate open communication with local finance team and Corporate HQ.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor’s degree major in Finance.
? Minimum 3-5 years related experience in manufacturing environment. JV/Wholly owned foreign subsidiary experience is a plus.
? Self-driven and strong initiative to learn and seek for continuously work improvement.
? Be able to work under high pressure, and multi-tasking.
? Experience in ERP system (prefer QAD, Hyperion) and familiar with the relevant modules.
? Good communication skills and be able to move thing forward.
? Fluent English writing and reading.
? Excellent Excel, Powerpoint skills.
? Building strong relationship for local finance team.
