Responsibilities:
Manage all the tools. Tool files management, tool status monitoring, preventive maintenance plan and monitoring, problem solving, tooling repair scheme, tooling repair process inspect, tooling repair result track.
管理所有的模具。模具文件的管理，模具状况的监控，预防性维护计划及其监控，问题的解决,维修方案, 维修过程监控, 维修效果跟踪.
1. Build up tool file, tool maintenance and repair and release; Old tool optimization and rebuild.
建立模具文件，模具维修保养及验收, 旧模具优化及改造.
2. Build up tool maintenance plan and follow up.
建立模具维护计划并跟踪.
3. Participate new tools launch for new project, make suggestion for the new project. Check the status for new tools, start using in production.
参与新项目新模具的投产，为新项目提供建议。检查新模具的状态，在生产中开始使用.
4. Solve the tool problem.
解决模具问题.
5. Staff training and assessment.
员工的培训和评估

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, molding or mechanical major related.
本科及以上学历，模具、机械及相关专业.
2. Fluent English in oral and written.
熟练的英语书面及口语运用能力.
3. Up to 3 years injection tooling work experience, experience related to automotive lighting is preferable.
三年以上注塑模具工作经验，具有汽车照明相关工作经验者优先.
4. Independent problem solving, good communication and cooperation.
独立解决问题的能力, 良好的沟通技巧及合作精神.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
