职位描述
- Be responsible for business development and corporate strategy for major clients, market, business management;
- Responsible for the contract negotiations, drafting of amendments to contracts, business negotiations and market forecast;
- Assist in the development of annual goals, work plan for implementation;
- Directly charged with production and and internal departments to collaborate and co-ordination;
- Responsible for clients to maximize the company's human and material resources to complete the customer orders and the provisions of the performance;
- Responsible for the company's own-brand business development of domestic orders, consolidate the market;
- Develop and maintain key customers by managing all account activities' coordinating company resources;
- Completed all key accounts contract negotiation and achieve sales and profit target;
- Analyzes income-yield capacity of each account, optimize and maintain the Key Account satisfaction and provide excellent technical and commercial service to the customers;
- Set budgets and targets, collect market data;
- Prepare presentation for customer visits;
- Prepare presentations, quotations and provide requested product and/or service information to customers and prospects;
- Update monthly part list price to be sent to finance, logistics, IT;
- Be involved with product development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies;
- Communication of sales day-to-day issues, market update, customer update with related sales people in other divisions;
Prepare CDP (Customer Development Plan) documents;
- Satisfy our present customer on QCD, and keep the annual price and half-year price;
- Develop new market and quote price;Do market and competitor analysis;
- Follow up the development and process of new project;
- Coordinate among departments in site.
- Others: Save nature resources, energy and paper & obey the EHS laws and related requirements, implement the EHS regulations, procedures and work instructions.
