Responsibilities

Steering and coordination of HELLA Lighting Joint Ventures (focus current JVs)

• Supporting the administration and operations of Lighting BU’s Joint ventures from a shareholder perspective (e.g. legal documents, information requests, coordinating information flow between shareholders, JV and HELLA functions)


• Supporting the HELLA management in the preparation of BoD meetings and shareholder communication


• Supporting the financial planning and review process in the JVs, facilitating intercompany business


• Strategic consulting to HELLA’s Joint Ventures regarding the joint venture strategy and the  JV’s strategic planning (incl. customer & product strategy, sales planning, investment planning, technology strategy)

Future partnership strategies

• Stakeholder communication with potential partners for future strategic coorperations (e.g. with technology, OEM, tier1 partners)


• Supporting the strategic planning process for future BU-specific coorperations and align with internal stakeholders


• Support the setup process of Lighting BU-specific coorperations (legal setup, business case, due diligence, approval and registration)

Internal transformation and BU strategy support

• Support Lighting BU product centers and functions in their strategic planning process and business transformation


• Support localization and collaboration strategy


• Support optimization of the interface between Lighting BU China, JVs and HKG entities (e.g. intercompany business process, joint sales activities, benchmarking, synergies

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and above;


• At least 3 years working experience, exposure in Strategy, Finance, Sales, Legal, etc. would be a plus;


• Good communication skill in both Chinese and English;


• Proficient in Microsoft tools e.g. PPT, Excel, etc.

Jiaxing Hella Light Co,Ltd is a new program Hella Group launched in Jiaxing Economic&Technological Development Zone, which mainly provides the headlights, taillights, frog lights and other kinds of automotive lights to the medium and high level automotive manufacturers like Shanghai Volkswagen and Shang GM. The company was founded in Jul 2012,with registration capital RMB200 million. And the new factory is under construction and the total area is 56 thousand square kilometers. It’s estimated to put into production in Aug 2013 and the annual output could be more than 2200million. Then it will be the biggest Hella factory in China.
