Mission
He manages the
project development activities. He is responsible for development and
industrialization of Lighting products.
He manages the
project team & development budget. He guaranties the project Gross Margin
according to CAA & IAR indications.
He guaranties the
customer satisfaction and the conformity of our service: development and
delivery according to customer's specifications
- To
be responsible for the Project Quality Plan and Planning.
- To
manage the project development activities.
- To
guarantee the customer satisfaction and the conformity of our development and
delivery according to customer's specifications.
- To
manage Project Quality Plan and planification.
- To
be responsible for development and industrialization of VLS subject of the
concerned P1 project.
- To
manage the project team & development budget.
- To
put in place with other function managers the necessary resources to develop
the project.
- To
guarantee the project Gross Margin according to CAA and IAR indications.
- To
report to the PMC the status of the project and to put in place action plans
letting the achievement of targets.
- Other tasks assigned by N+1 from time to time.
Experience/Education/Qualifications

Education: General Engineer +
formation of team animation
Experience:
At least 5 years in 2 to 3 realm
(R&D, Quality, Production, Commerce,
Logistics)
