Job Responsibilities:

1. Creat, Maintain and Optimize Process Flow Chart and Process Card;

2. Technical support to Production: Cycle Time analyses and optimizing;

3. New project initiatives proposal and following;

4. Champion for Continuous Improvement activities of the Plant;

5. Taking the lead in FMEA activities through working with the cross function teams of the plant.

6. Support the Plant Manager in collecting and reporting the monthly indicator and budget, etc.

7. Other jobs as assigned by Plant Manager;

Job Requirements:

1. B.S. in M/ E

2. At least Eight-year technology/Process Experience preferably in injection/Molding ;

3. Good communication skill

4. Good oral and written English communication ability

5. Basic computer skill

6. Others: teamwork; A Wuhu citizen a plus.
