Your key responsibilities 主要工作职责：

The purpose of your job the consulting and implementation of SAP solutions at companies of HX Segment, in particular in Asia. The business requirements are aligned with the global SAP module owners and/or Business Process Manager.

Also, you are responsible for the back end support of implemented solutions for at least one specific module (PP/MM or FI/CO). You lead projects as Project Manager with GEA internal and external consultants.

Your tasks are classified as follows :

- Act as Project Manager with full responsibility for the projects

- Analysis of requirements of functional departments

- Consulting to improve processes and functions in SAP

- Generation of programming specifications and coordination of implementation

- On site presence during important project events and phases

- Lead projects with responsibility to reach goals for quality, schedule and budget

- Ensure that local requirements are managed according to HX global Change Request and Change Management procedures

Your qualification ：

- Master/Diploma degree or equivalent education

- At least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting in the modules PP/MM or in the FI/CO modules

- At least 2 year of experience with leading SAP Projects as Project manager

- In depth understanding of relevant general business requirements and business processes

- Experience in cooperation with functional departments and key users

- Independent, structured working style with a high level of self-management and planning of personal tasks

- Ability to solve complex tasks in SAP

- Experience with working in global teams in international projects

- Team spirit

- Excellent communication skills also in an intercultural context; ability to present

- Fluent English in writing and speaking

- Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) in writing and speaking

- Readiness for domestic and international travelling
