1. 负责新产品的转移, 包括从项目确定到样品制作,再到批量生产的整个流程
In charge of transition of new product including the confirmation of the project to the sample and the whole SOP process

2. 与质量以及sourcing紧密合作,实现原材料及MRO国产化
Work closely with quality department and sourcing, achieve the localization of raw material and MRO

3. 制定工艺规范,制定工艺文件,并对相关人员做相应的技术培训
Draft engineering standard,document and train the related staff

4. 负责BOM的制定,工程更改的实施
Responsible for the BOM setting and the engineer adjustment

5. 负责工装夹具的设计,以及制造过程能力分析
In charge of design of equipment and fixture and analyze the manufacture process capability

6. 对制造过程中出现的问题进行分析,并采取行之有效的解决办法
analyze the problem showed up during the process of manufacture and take effective solutions

7. 通过精益文化的开展和推广,实现成本持续降低的目标
achieve the goal of continuous reducing cost through the promotion of lean culture

8. 通过精益文化的开展和推广,实现公司Kanban,标准化作业,以及5S等持续改善的目标
Realize the company signboard, standard production and 5s continuous improvement through the promotion of lean culture

9. 与全球产品开发小组交流,配合执行工程责任
Communicate with the global product design team and implement the function of engineering

Requirement 要求:


1. College degree above. Mechanical/Electrical/high polymer relative major.机械,电子,高分子或相关专业,本科以上学历
2. At least 5 years manufacturing career working experiences.5年以上的制造业工作经验
3. Must be hands on, CAD software user is a must.动手能力强,熟练使用AutoCAD
4. Good written English and Oral English skill. 具有良好书面英语和口头英语交流能力
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills experience.良好的沟通技巧和人际关系处理经验
6. Experience in Lean production and project transfer is preferred. 有精益生产和产品转移项目经验
7. Experience in NPI and equipment management is preferred. 有NPI和设备管理经验优先
8.Must have molding or mechanical industry manufacturing engineering or equipment management experience.必须具备注塑或机械行业制造工程或设备管理经验
9. FMEA experience is preferred . 有FMEA经验优先
10. Molding experience is preferred. 有注塑经验优先
