职位描述：
Position Objectives:
Major work is responsible for high class plastic parts quality issue claim management, ensure that all quality issues are tracked until the issues can be closed and to be the contact partner for local production in terms of all quality issues after SOP.
High lass plastic parts are defined as:
1. Painted parts (e.g. piano black);
2. Chromate plastic pats;
3. Transparent parts;
4. Parts with tight tolerances;

Responsibilities:
1. Process owner for claims processing in the plant: plausibility check, recording, evaluation and conclusion of complaints
2. Responsible within the claims process to handle and drive the 8D together with supplier and TSC ; “Inter department work”
3. Autonomous processing for claims in complex quality problems.
4. Take decisions on quality in borderline and special cases, as well as initiating and supervising required measures (e.g. reworking, termination of deliveries, special releases, etc.).
5. Implement quality insurance methods (special tests, firewalls, CSL1, CSL2,…)
6. Worldwide communication on severe incidents which requires expertise on same level as suppliers to avoid failure occurrence in others GBs
7. Inter cultural discussions (Higher language and intercultural skills) with complex interfaces, CEOs, Q managers for lessons learned activities
8. Responsible for 8D improvement program for chosen supplier inside GB and extend to material group.
9. Preparation and leading internal/external quality discussions due to suppliers quality incidents. Setting up quality measures with suppliers.
10. Responsible to settle and negotiate with suppliers worldwide regarding failure costs until 100.000 举报 分享
