职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. Cooperate with design team to work out the secondary design of Distribution switchgear ;
协助团队完成配网自动化成套设备二次设计；
2. Based on customers’ requirement, to define, select or lead OEM vendors to develop lated Distribution Automation Terminal ;
根据客户需求，定义、选型或指导OEM厂家开发相关配网自动化终端设备；
3. In charge of debugging, testing, unit debugging with switchgear and any verify test in 3rd organization ;
负责配网自动化终端设备调试、测试、一二次设备联调及第三方机构认证试验；
4. Technical support after sales. It includes, but is not limited to On-site Instruction for end users about Installation, debug, operation of devices, and technical presentation ;
售后技术支持，包含但不仅限于，现场指导客户安装、调试、使用设备及技术说明；
5. Cooperate with production and Quality department, to build up and complete related production and Quality controlling system for new products;
配合生产及质量部门，建立并完善产品相关的生产、工艺及质量体系；
6. Establish Product Application Manual, catalog and keeping updated;
建立并维护产品相关的宣传手册、样本册等文档；
7. Collecting and analyzing feedback and suggestion for products by end customers, keeping continuous improvement based on that;
收集产品有关的客户反馈或建议，并基于此不断改进并完善现有产品；
8. Cooperate with TMs to confirm the technical agreement and engineering design;
协助销售团队确认招标相关技术方案及工程设计；

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Power or Automation and above;
本科或本科以上学历，电子、电力或自动化相关专业；
2. Have in-depth knowledge about Distribution Automation Terminal, like DTU/FTU, fault recording device and etc. Be familiar with their configuration, function and principle;
对FTU/DTU、故障录波指示器等配网自动化终端设备有深入了解，熟悉产品基本配置，功能逻辑及实现原理；
3. Understanding related GB, DL, JB or IEC design standard and protocols for these products;
掌握相关的行业标准，国内外标准及自动化协议；
4. Above 3 years design experience in Distribution Automation Terminal, master skills for on-site debugging or testing, with related projects experience;
有三年以上配网自动化设备设计研发经历，掌握现场调试测试的相关技能，有相关项目实施经验；
5. Good skill in communication and cooperation;
良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
6. Strong analysis and problem-solving skills。
