PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Develop distribution vacuum switches in China standard and requirements are agreed upon with the custome
主要工作：开发符合国标和中国市场要求的配网，电站避雷器

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
主要工作职责：

· 遵循新产品开发流程，根据相应的任务分解完成目标；
Understand and follow Design Engineer tasks and the New Product Development Process;

· 熟知避雷器的相关标准及用户需求，针对本地市场，与各部门协同确认新产品开发目标并完成开发设计；
Understand related standard and customer's requirements, define the technical performances of new power distribution products, to follow the GB/IEC standard and requirements of end customers. Confirm design direction and finish new design for local market and with related departments;

· 负责避雷器新品样机生产、装配、调试及研发性试验；
Lead the production for prototype, assembly and design test;

· 协助生产及质量部门建立并完善新品的生产及质量管理体系；
Cooperate with production and Quality department, to build up and complete related production and Quality controlling system for new products;

· 负责维护和管理产品的技术资料，发布新产品作业指导书及样本手册并保持定期更新；
Be responsible for maintenance and management of technical document of product, establish Product Application Manual, catalog and keeping updated;


· 负责搜集客户对产品的改进建议，组织分析研究，进行验证与改进；
Collecting and analysing feedback and suggestion for products by end customers, keeping continuous improvement based on that;

· 负责合同技术协议审核及工程设计；
Be responsible for checking technical agreement and engineering design;

· 避雷器产品技术支持；
Technical support for Arrester products

RECOMMENDED BACKGROUND:
岗位要求：

Education:

· 机械制造及其自动化，机械设计或机电专业本科及以上
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Manufacture and Automation, Mechanical design or electric and above

Language:

· 英语4级及以上；
Pass CET 4 at least;

· 熟练的英语听说能力，掌握相关专业英语，可独立与外方人员进行技术交流
Be familiar with professional English for GIS lightning arrester , be skillful at listening and speaking, communicate with foreign engineers for technology independently.

Experience/Special Skills:

· 熟悉配网,电站产品，尤其是避雷器产品国标及相应国际标准；
Understanding related GB, DL, JB or IEC design standard for power distribution products, especially the arrester;

· 6年以上110kV以上避雷器设计经验；
Above 5 years design experience in 110kV LIGHTNING ARRESTER;

· 熟悉电气回路设计；
Be familiar with design of electrical circuit.

· 熟练掌握计算机3D辅助设计软件，能独立开展研发工作
Skilled use of 3D design software, conduct independent research

· 良好的沟通、协作能力；
Good skill in communication and cooperation.

· 具有足够的分析问题、解决问题的能力
